THE STAMPS
Internally in our company we are able to: DESIGN, CONSTRUCT, TEST, CERTIFY, all molds built.
Design
The engineering department consists of 3 technicians who can design molds and tooling in 3D format.
The system used is Visi CAD-CAM from Vero Software Ltd.
B.L.T. is able to convert both import and export all the major existing formats in use.
Construction
B.L.T. is able to build all the parts that go to make up a mold in-house using state-of-the-art numerical control machines, some of them automated
B.L.T. is able to convert both import and export all the major existing formats in use.
Maintenance
B.L.T. is able to perform mold maintenance and repair, also supplying spare parts made to drawing (interchangeable).
Plastic Molding
Our company is able to do mold trials, pre-production and production of all plastic materials
Our machine fleet consists of 5 ENGEL presses from 45 to 130 T.
